Processing Time
- Orders are processed within:1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items: May require additional time 5–10 business days depending on design and quantity.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We’ll contact you if there’s any delay due to stock, manufacturing, or high order volumes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
- Destination
- Weight and size of the order
- Shipping method selected
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery date
- Retain packaging and take photos if there’s visible damage
- We will assist in filing claims or arranging replacements where appropriate
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Weather, courier disruptions, or customs clearance
